Our Services
Trust Administration
We serve as Trustee or Successor Trustee to make sure the terms of the trust are carried out for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
We marshal all assets, identify any liabilities, make sure taxes are paid, oversee any investment or bank accounts, manage any real estate or rental properties, prepare regular accountings, and work with clients and their attorneys to make sure the client’s estate plan stays current and up-to-date.
Daily Financial Management
We will make sure your accounts are in order and that your bills are paid on time. Our Private Trustee and Fiduciary Services will reduce your worry about paying your bills, balancing accounts, and organizing your financial paperwork.
When a client is having trouble, or is no longer able to manage their daily affairs, we will help with bill paying, writing checks, reconciling accounts and balances, reviewing and responding to correspondence, keeping track of medical and insurance records, and arranging for the preparation and filing of tax forms.
Conservatorships
A Conservator is appointed by the court when it has been decided that a person has become impaired or incapacitated to the extent that they are no longer able to take care of themselves, their health, their relationships, or their personal, or financial affairs.
We can help with the process of advocating for, and protecting the person and their property; and will endeavor to help our client preserve as much independence as possible.
Care Management
Should home health care become necessary, we will review, evaluate, and coordinate the plan of care with the client, their doctor, as well as family members.
Once the level of care has been established, we will continue to monitor the caregivers, as well as daily schedules, doctor’s appointments, benefits, home repairs, and any other issues. As part of our commitment to complete care of our client, we regularly communicate with other family members to keep them informed of the loved one’s well-being throughout the on-going process.
We know the well-being of your pets is a vital concern of yours, and it’s an important component of your peace of mind; and therefore your care management. We love animals! We will make sure your darling pet-companions are safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whatever it takes for you both to feel comfortable, we will provide.

An executor is appointed to settle an estate when a person has passed away. In this position, we take responsibility as the administrator or personal representative to locate and notify any heirs, to inventory and protect all assets, to pay bills, sell real estate property, prepare final tax returns, and distribute assets according to the decedents will.
Private Trustee Services can be named as Executor or Personal Representative in a person’s estate planning documents. We are also able to act as an agent for someone else who has been appointed to this position, but who is unable to personally fulfill their duties and responsibilities.
